We are an interdisciplinary team with various backgrounds, e.g. chemistry, biology, molecular biomedicine, biotechnology, and bioengineering. Our group also hosts guest scientists from all over the world, from academia and industry.

Our research is funded by several third party agencies, such as DFG, BMBF, BMWi, EU and an ERC Consolidator Grant.
