We are a group of women from different countries and at various career levels working at the LIMES Institute. In regular meetings, we plan and organize scientific talks and seminars covering topics relevant for women working in science. We also use the get-togethers to swap ideas on the promotion of inter-institutional scientific exchange, talent development, suitable measures for child-care or a stable work-life balance. Career planning, grant writing and soft-skill workshops are further subjects we take care of.
Our aim is to provide a forum that will foster scientific and personal exchange to improve career development among women, and ultimately help to address the gender imbalance at senior levels.
